6largebell peppers(cut in half through the stem and cleaned)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
Cook onions and garlic in olive oil for 5-7 minutes, then combine with beef, rice, water, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Pour beef broth into a baking dish, fill peppers with mixture, cover with foil, and bake for 60 minutes.
Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
