Instructions
Prep corn, thinly slice scallions, chop herbs, and dice mozzarella.

Heat oil, drop batter tablespoons, flatten, and fry until golden, 2-3 mins per side.
Drain on paper towels, serve with yogurt sauce, lemon wedges, and herbs.
