Instructions
Combine BBQ sauce ingredients in a small pot, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
Cook sliced sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until browned, then remove.
Sauté vegetables in the same skillet for 7-10 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return sausage to skillet, toss with vegetables, top with black pepper, and drizzle with BBQ sauce before serving.
