Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook beef and onion in oil until no pink; add seasoning, tomato paste, and water. Remove from heat.
Layer chips with half the cheese, beef, and beans; top with remaining chips, cheese, beans, and beef. Bake 15 minutes.
Garnish with diced tomato, sour cream, green onions, cilantro, and jalapenos.
