Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then toss with butter and set aside.
Marinate steak cubes with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and olive oil; sear in a hot skillet until golden, then set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same pan, add sauce ingredients, and simmer until thickened.
Combine pasta with sauce, fold in steak, and loosen with reserved pasta water if needed. Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust spice levels by adding more or less red pepper flakes. Short marinade enhances flavor and crust development.
