Ingredients
Hot Honey

Instructions
Combine honey, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce in a saucepan. Heat until simmering, then cool.
Blend feta, cream cheese, and cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
Spoon whipped feta onto baguette slices on a platter.
Top with pecans and rosemary, then drizzle with hot honey.
Serve immediately or prepare in advance and store appropriately.
