A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole combining savory beef, cheesy bread, and eggs, perfect for a weekend brunch or family breakfast.

Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
(undrained)
Instructions
Cook ground beef until no longer pink, add taco seasoning and water, simmer 5 minutes.
Cube bread, layer in dish with cooked meat and cheese.
Whisk eggs, half-and-half, salt, stir in tomatoes, pour over layers.
Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add hot sauce or extra chiles.
