Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place tortillas in muffin pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet; drain fat. Add diced spicy tomatoes and stir.
Spoon meat mixture into baked tortillas, top with cheese, and bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
Top with guacamole, diced tomato, red onion, and green onions. Serve warm.
