Enjoy these delicious and easy-to-make taco cups, perfect for a quick meal or party appetizer.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 2 cups ground beef
  • 0.5 medium onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces diced spicy tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 7.5 ounces WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE heat level of your choice
  • 0.5 cup diced tomato
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onions

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place tortillas in muffin pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet; drain fat. Add diced spicy tomatoes and stir.
  • Spoon meat mixture into baked tortillas, top with cheese, and bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Top with guacamole, diced tomato, red onion, and green onions. Serve warm.
