A quick and flavorful one-pan taco pasta combining ground beef, vegetables, and cheesy goodness for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

onion (chopped finely)

minced garlic (2 cloves)

red bell pepper (diced)

medium shells pasta (10 oz)

tomato paste

beef broth

shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat a large pan with olive oil spray over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
Add ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook for 10 minutes until beef is cooked through.
Add pasta, taco seasoning, tomato paste, broth, and water. Bring to a boil in about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid reduces.
Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese until melted and combined.
Notes
Feel free to top with additional cheese or fresh cilantro for extra flavor.
