Instructions
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning until browned.
Mix salsa, ½ of the sour cream, lime juice, and olive oil in a large bowl.
Add cooked beef, black beans, corn, olives, red onion, cilantro, and cheese to the bowl. Toss gently.
Serve over chopped lettuce, topped with remaining sour cream and crushed tortilla chips.
Notes
For a homemade taco seasoning, combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
