2cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
Cook chorizo in a skillet until browned, then drain excess grease.
Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
Cook eggs in the same skillet until slightly wet, then remove from heat.
