Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F and move rack to top third.
Cook beef and onions in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned (7-8 minutes).
Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning; cook for 1 minute.
Stir in sour cream, soup, corn, and 1/2 cup cheddar; heat through.
Transfer to a casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and tater tots.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until tater tots are browned and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding some spices or herbs to the beef mixture.
