A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining lean ground turkey with vegetables and teriyaki sauce, served over rice.

Main ingredients

lean ground turkey

shredded carrots

teriyaki sauce

cooked rice
(to serve with (optional))
Instructions
Cook 4 cups of rice according to package instructions.
Heat oil, sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
Add ground turkey, cook until no longer pink.
Stir in broccoli, carrots, peas; cook until vegetables are tender.
Pour in teriyaki sauce, cook for 2 minutes to heat through.
Serve the turkey mixture over rice and enjoy.
Notes
You can add sesame seeds or green onions for extra flavor.
