kielbasa sausage sliced into ½ inch pieces
Vegetables and Canned Goods

peeled and diced tomatoes, drained

pinto beans with liquid

Instructions
Sauteé onion in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until no pink remains, then add sliced sausage.
Pour in tomatoes, pinto beans, corn, potatoes, diced tomatoes with chiles, and vegetables. Mix well.
Add spices and water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
