Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in soup, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour beef mixture into the baking dish, arrange tater tots on top, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top during the last 5 minutes, cool slightly, and garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
