A flavorful and easy-to-make toasted orzo pasta dish with fresh herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.

Instructions
Toast the orzo in olive oil until golden brown.
Add boiling water with salt; cook until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Make the herb olive oil sauce with garlic, lemon juice, herbs, and reserved pasta water.
Add drained pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan; toss and adjust with pasta water as needed.
Finish with more Parmesan and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the orzo thoroughly and adjust seasoning to taste.
