Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add carrots and onion; cook until tender and translucent.
Stir in garlic; cook for 30 seconds.
Push vegetables aside, scramble eggs in the pan.
Add rice, turkey, and peas; cook until warmed through. Drizzle soy sauce to taste.
Notes
Use leftover rice for best results and adjust soy sauce to your taste.
