Ingredients

Instructions
Heat oil or fats in a large pot.
Add vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add broth, seasonings, and turkey; bring to a boil, then simmer 10-15 minutes.
Add noodles and cook until tender, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove thyme and bay leaves, stir in parsley, season to taste, and serve.
Notes
