Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Combine pumpkin puree, eggs, and honey in a bowl; mix well.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a lower fat option, substitute oil with applesauce.
