Broth and Water

Wild Rice

Dried Cranberries and Raisins

golden raisins
Green Onions and Herbs

Pine Nuts and Orange Zest

Orange Juice and Vinegar

Instructions
Bring water and broth to a boil, add rice, and simmer for 40 minutes. Drain and cool.
Mix cranberries, raisins, onions, parsley, and orange zest into rice.
Whisk orange juice and vinegar, then gradually add oil to make dressing. Toss with rice mixture.
Season with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate for several hours. Serve at room temperature.
Notes
Toast pine nuts for extra flavor and prepare dressing just before mixing.
